As a Transformational Mental Wellbeing Coach, I support women in reconnecting with their inner wisdom - helping them uncover purpose, silence limiting beliefs, and move beyond overwhelm. My coaching provides a compassionate space for women to return home to themselves and live with clarity, courage and authenticity. 

As a woman who has lived in a bigger body for most of my adult life I am particularly passionate about supporting women to explore how the culture we live in impacts on our relationships with our bodies and to start their journey of reconnection.

I am on a mission to support women to move away from body shame and the guilt that so often prevents us from pursuing our desires or living the full life we deserve, stepping into the power of self acceptance and even self love!

Rachel has worked in the public and charity sector for over 25 years as both a frontline practitioner and service leader. With a focus on person centred, trauma informed approaches that challenge systemic barriers and champion equality.

With a Honours Degree in Women’s Studies, a qualified Career Advisor, Certified Transformational Mental Wellbeing Coach, and Qualified Youth and Community Professional, Rachel has a passion for supporting women to find peace with who they are and to live authentic lives filled with passion and purpose.  

During your no obligation 30 min free discovery call, we can explore what session package is appropriate or feels right for you. 

The subsequent full sessions last between 60-90 minutes depending on content and are delivered online.

Through a mix of focussed exercises, guided meditation, and personal reflection, the Body Positive 6 session coaching package aims to support clients through a journey of reconnection to themselves and their bodies. Sessions are delivered 1:1 Online. 

Areas covered include: 

  • How we developed our relationships with our bodies, what has and still influences this. And how this can keep us from living the life we desire. 
  • Explore the impact our brain has on our thinking/feeling and subsequent behaviours. How to build positive habits that are meaningful to you.  
  • Reflect on the ways in which negative body image is impacting on our lives and how we can actively challenge this.
  • How to improve our emotional health and wellbeing with ways that are not related to a number on the scale!

Through a mix of intentional reflection, grounding techniques, and with a focus on undertstanding our own wellbeing, the general coaching sessions are a safe space to explore whatever is showing up for you right now. Sessions are delivered 1:1 and are online.

This could include feelings of self doubt, overwhelm, fulfilling potential, understanding anxiety or just wanting time and space to focus on your priorities.
